The Baker
I arrived in New Orleans with the aspiration of becoming a physician. I rediscovered my love for baking while studying biology at Xavier University of Louisiana and managing a team of medical scribes in the emergency department. What was intended to be sweet surprises during the night shifts resulted as encouragement to start Grey Bird.
