Ordering:
Orders can be placed on greybirdbakingco.com. All products are made to order.
Custom orders: Please complete this form to inquire about custom orders.
Payments:
Custom orders, add-ons, and delivery fees will be sent as an invoice.
The entire order must be paid in full before scheduling delivery. Clients will receive a shop credit or replacement order if an error occurs.
Shipping/Delivery/Pickup:
French macarons and specialty cookies are currently the only products available for shipping. Customers can select to use USPS or UPS. My recommendation for macarons is overnight shipping. Orders are shipping Monday- Wednesday each week.
Holidays may affect shipping. Grey Bird is not responsible for damage caused by USPS or UPS. If damage occurs, please email info@greybirdbakingco.com. Grey Bird is not responsible for shipping delays caused by using an incorrect address provided. Grey Bird is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery due to adverse weather conditions.
Local delivery is available. You will receive an email with delivery details.
Pick-up is available in New Orleans at Sunday’s Best. Pick-ups will be scheduled based on the delivery calendar.
