Of course! Email info@greybirdbakingco.com or complete this form to inquire about custom orders.
What is your shipping policy?
French macarons and specialty cookies are currently the only products available for shipping. Customers can select to use USPS or UPS. My recommendation for macarons is overnight shipping. Orders are shipping Monday- Wednesday each week.
Holidays may affect shipping. Grey Bird is not responsible for damage caused by USPS or UPS. If damage occurs, please email info@greybirdbakingco.com. Grey Bird is not responsible for shipping delays caused by using an incorrect address provided. Grey Bird is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery due to adverse weather conditions.
Are your products gluten-free?
French macarons are the most popular gluten-free option at Grey Bird, but there are definitely other options. You can check them out in the online shop.
