Welcome to Grey Bird Baking Co., where the french macaron is our specialty. There are approximately flavors currently available, ranging from classics like Lemon and Pistachio to “The Unique” Like Caviar and Champagne & Strawberries. Vegans are welcome here - there is a vegan macaron menu that is sure to please. Each macaron is hand-pipped and baked with love. I have had the pleasure of providing macarons for personal orders, and special occasions since 2019.
Grey Bird macarons are available as customizable favors, gifts, Or towers. You can also find them as decorations for some cake and cupcake options as well as inside the signature cake - The Macaron Faultline.
