Taylor Moore aspired to pursue a career in medicine before channeling her focus on entrepreneurship. She cultivated the skill of baking at a young age and would turn to this talent while preparing to establish her first company. Grey Bird Baking Co. launched in January of 2019. We are proud to be a New Orleans based, Black, and woman owned business with the goal of social impact in mind. The Grey Bird mission is to create lavish desserts made with love for any occasion with quality & exceptional customer service to match. Our products are available nationwide through our online bakery.
